I’m not sure I necessarily like this iteration better than my original, but I wanted to try putting myself in the mirror. I wanted to show mental health formepersonally and the cycle mental heath goes through/is.
I love your background, I'm glad you didn't change it. I think the change for the hand was a smart choice, and positioning yourself in the mirror also does a great job at providing context for the cycle. -Lane
I'm really enjoying your image. I think my favorite part is that you added yourself in the mirror. Even the image choice is nice because it also feels dark and intense. If I had to change one thing there's an object in the lower left half that's diagonal. It feels a little confusing and I'm not sure if I'm just not seeing it right?
My idea for this project is to photograph someone running, maybe even racing, and piece together the movement similar to the example of people doing a crossword we saw in class. I want to show facial expressions and body movements with this, and think it would be really cool printed life size (but idk if I’ll actually be able to print that big.) I was a track and field athlete most of my life and know how much is happening in your head when running and want to show that in picture form.
